VIZO361 Fire Watch detects fire and smoke on your existing cameras in under 3 seconds — and immediately triggers your hooter, PA system, or sprinkler relay. 24/7. No operator required.
Traditional smoke detectors wait for smoke to physically rise and reach the ceiling sensor. Average response time: 3 to 15 minutes — by which point fire has spread significantly.
VIZO361 Fire Watch detects visible flame or smoke on camera in under 3 seconds — before smoke fills the room. 95% reduction in alert response time.
Average Indian factory fire causes ₹2–5 crore in damage (NCRB data). 1,20,000 industrial fires recorded annually. The majority of damage occurs in the first 3–5 minutes — before traditional smoke detectors have even triggered.
VIZO361 Fire Watch alerts your team in under 3 seconds and can trigger your sprinkler system automatically — before the fire has room to spread.
Real-time AI analysis on your existing cameras. No new sensor hardware. No waiting for smoke to reach a ceiling detector.
Your existing RTSP/ONVIF camera stream is analyzed in real time — every frame, every second, 24 hours a day. No human monitor required. Works in full darkness with IR cameras.
The Fire Watch AI is trained on thousands of real fire and smoke scenarios — chemical fires, electrical fires, open-air burning, steam vs smoke. Configurable confidence threshold. Detection in under 3 seconds from first visible flame or smoke pattern.
The moment fire or smoke is confirmed — hooter relay fires, PA announcement triggers, WhatsApp alert with screenshot sent to security team, and optional sprinkler valve relay opens. All simultaneously. All in under 500ms of detection.
Every environment where a 3-minute delay is the difference between a contained incident and a total loss.
The fastest and most cost-effective fire detection option for sites that already have CCTV.

Fire Watch uses multi-frame temporal analysis — it looks for sustained flame or smoke patterns, not single-frame anomalies. Cooking steam, dust clouds, and industrial vapour have different visual signatures from fire/smoke and are filtered out. Sensitivity thresholds are tuned during the pilot period for each site's specific environment.
Yes. Fire Watch is tested in textile mills, cement plants, and woodworking facilities where ambient particulate is high. The AI distinguishes between ambient dust (consistent, dispersed) and smoke (expanding, directional). False alarm rates are below 2% in high-dust environments when properly calibrated.
Fire Watch works with IR cameras in near-zero lux conditions. Flame is visible on IR cameras due to heat emission. For smoke detection in unlit areas, we recommend supplementary IR lighting or a thermal camera add-on for the highest-risk zones. We assess your site lighting during the pilot audit.
Yes. Confidence thresholds are adjustable per camera zone. High-risk zones (chemical storage, paint booths) can be set to lower thresholds for earlier alerts. Lower-risk zones (outdoor loading docks) can have higher thresholds to avoid environmental false positives. All configurable from the dashboard without system restart.
Camera positioning is assessed during the free pilot setup. For large open spaces, we recommend PTZ cameras or adding a lower-cost fixed camera closer to the risk zone. VIZO361 can work with multiple cameras covering different zones simultaneously, with zone-specific alert routing to different supervisors.
