AI Inventory Tracking & Optimisation with Vision Analytics
“Someone has to sit and watch the cameras.”It doesn’t have to be that way.
Everyone learns to live with the gap between “something happened” and “someone noticed.” We did not. Let the cameras do the watching and your people do the deciding — alerted the instant it matters, not hours later. From “that is just how it works” to “wait — it could work like this.”
Inventory Counts That Come From the Camera, Not the Clipboard
Most inventory discrepancies are discovered at month-end, long after the units left the line or the dock. VIZO361° turns existing CCTV into a production counting and stock reconciliation layer: bottles and packs counted as they leave the filler, pallets and boxes counted at every loading and unloading bay, machine-level output and downtime tracked per line, and the people at each machine accounted for. Camera counts are reconciled against ERP, WMS or MES figures so the gap between 'what the system says' and 'what the camera saw' surfaces the same shift — not at stock-take. The approach behind this page was recognised at the CII National AI Awards 2026 for 'Vizo361° – Bottling Plant Real-time Production Intelligence'.

What You Get
Production, bottle and pack counting
Per-line, per-shift output counted from the camera feed — no new sensors on the line.
Pallet and box counting at loading and unloading
Every pallet and box counted as it crosses the dock — inbound and outbound.
Machine-level counts and downtime
Know which machine produced what, and when it stopped.
People-at-machine tracking
See who is at which station, and when a station is unattended.
Counted-vs-system reconciliation
Camera counts reconciled against ERP, WMS or MES — the gap is your leakage.
Open data — feeds the systems you already run
Counts, downtime and variance expose over REST API and CSV.
Why Businesses Trust VIZO361°
Zero new hardware
Runs on the 2–4 MP cameras already on the line and at the dock. No sensors, no PLC changes, no rip-and-replace.
Reconciliation, not just counting
A count on its own is a number. A count reconciled against the ERP figure is a leakage report.
Proven on a live bottling line
The bottling plant deployment behind this page is published as a case study and was recognised at the CII National AI Awards 2026.
Edge or on-prem
Inference runs locally; video stays on site. ISO 27001-certified, DPDP-aligned.
The Peace of Mind You Deserve
Inventory accuracy you can defend
Camera-verified counts replace estimates — the bottling plant case study reports inventory accuracy rising to 95%.
Catch leakage the same shift
Variance between counted and system quantities surfaces within the shift, not at the monthly stock-take.
Less manual monitoring
Tally sheets and clipboard counts go away — the case study reports a 60% reduction in manual monitoring labour.
Lines that run more
Machine-level downtime visibility drove an 18% production line efficiency gain in the published deployment.

Frequently Asked Questions
Straight answers to the questions buyers ask before they pilot.
What does 'AI inventory tracking' mean on VIZO361°?+
It means counting physical units from the camera feed at the points where inventory changes hands — the production line exit, the case packer, the pallet wrap station and the loading / unloading dock — and reconciling those camera counts against the quantity your ERP, WMS or MES believes exists. The difference between the two is surfaced per line, per dock and per shift as a variance alert.
How is computer vision stock reconciliation different from a barcode or RFID count?+
Barcode and RFID counts record what was scanned; the camera records what physically passed. Where the two disagree — an unscanned pallet, a short-loaded truck, a case that left the line but never reached dispatch — that gap is inventory leakage. VIZO361° does not replace your scanning; it audits it.
What can it count?+
Bottles and packs at line exits, boxes and pallets at loading and unloading bays, output per machine, and people present at each machine zone. Counts are time-stamped so they can be matched to a shift, a batch window or a dispatch slip.
Does it work on our existing cameras and integrate with our ERP / MES?+
Yes. Any 2–4 MP IP camera over RTSP / ONVIF covering the counting point works — Hikvision, Dahua, Axis, Bosch and Uniview are all supported. Counts, downtime events and variance alerts are exposed over REST API and CSV, so they can be fed into the MES, ERP, WMS, downtime tracker or Power BI / Tableau dashboards your operations team already runs.
Where has this been deployed?+
The published reference is a bottling plant where VIZO361° tracked bottle counts, worker efficiency and machine utilisation on existing cameras — inventory accuracy rose to 95%, line efficiency improved 18% and manual monitoring labour fell 60%. That project, 'Vizo361° – Bottling Plant Real-time Production Intelligence', was recognised at the CII National AI Awards 2026 (Most Innovative, Excellence in Best Industry AI Application). Further manufacturing references are available under NDA.
How long does a pilot take?+
A typical pilot covers one production line and one dock. Camera onboarding and count-zone calibration take a few days; reconciliation against your system figures runs from the first full shift. See the bottling plant case study for what the first weeks looked like.
