By accessing or using the VIZO361° platform ("Service"), operated by Proeffico Solutions Pvt Ltd ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

VIZO361° is an AI-powered video analytics platform that transforms existing CCTV infrastructure into intelligent monitoring systems. Our services include, but are not limited to, real-time video analytics, face recognition, footfall analysis, behavioral analysis, theft detection, fire detection, vehicle detection, and sentiment analysis.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate, current, and complete information
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Use of Services

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You shall not:

• Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Use the Service to infringe upon the rights of others
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Use the platform for surveillance purposes that violate privacy laws
• Transmit any malicious code, viruses, or harmful content

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including software, algorithms, text, graphics, logos, and trademarks — are the exclusive property of Proeffico Solutions Pvt Ltd and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6. Data Usage and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described therein. Video feeds processed through the platform remain your property, and we do not claim ownership over any footage.

7. Payment & Refund Policy

All payments made for VIZO361° services, including subscriptions and custom solutions, are generally non-refundable. Users are advised to evaluate the platform through any available demo or trial before making a purchase. Subscription cancellations can be made at any time, but no refunds will be provided for any unused portion of the billing period.

Refunds may only be considered in exceptional cases such as duplicate payments, billing errors, or verified unauthorized transactions. Any refund request must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction date and, if approved, will be processed within 7–14 business days through the original payment method. • Accept that fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated

8. Service Availability and Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Proeffico Solutions Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Proeffico Solutions Pvt Ltd, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
