Number of channels under analytics. Pricing is per camera and tier (cloud or perpetual on-prem).
Vision Agents enabled
Face Recognition, ANPR, Fire/Smoke, Footfall, Cash Counter, Guard Watcher, Crowd Density, PPE Compliance. Mix and match per camera.
Deployment model
Cloud subscription (opex) vs. perpetual on-prem (capex + AMC). Hybrid available.
Sites and geography
Single-site SME vs. multi-site enterprise vs. India+GCC multi-region. Region-resident data residency may carry a setup fee.
Hardware actuation
Hooters, boom barriers, access locks, sprinklers, PA — the count of actuation endpoints and integration patterns drives the integration scope.
Custom AI scenarios

How is VIZO361 priced?
VIZO361 uses a per-camera Private Offer model — no published list price. Pricing is shaped by camera count, AI scenarios enabled, deployment model (cloud / on-prem / hybrid), hardware-actuation scope, and integrations. A 30-day pilot on 2 cameras is included before commercial commitment. A formal quote is committed within 5 working days of a discovery call.
What's the difference between Perpetual on-prem and Cloud pricing?
Perpetual on-prem is a one-time per-camera licence with the platform deployed in the customer's data centre (data sovereignty, air-gapped option). Cloud is a per-camera monthly subscription billed in INR (India) or USD (GCC / US). Both include the full VMS + 8 Vision Agents; the choice is about data-residency and cap-ex vs op-ex preference.
Is AMC (Annual Maintenance) included?
Perpetual on-prem licences include first-year AMC. From year two onwards, AMC is charged at 20% of the development / licence cost per year, covering platform updates, model retraining, and Tier 2 support. Cloud subscriptions include support and updates by default.
Do I need to buy new cameras to use VIZO361?
No. VIZO361 works with the CCTV cameras you already own — 40+ brands tested (Hikvision, Dahua, Axis, Bosch, Pelco, Vivotek, Honeywell, Uniview, CP Plus, Matrix) over RTSP / ONVIF, 2 MP to 8 MP. The platform is hardware-agnostic by design.
What's included in the pilot?
A 30-day pilot on 2 cameras is included before commercial commitment. The pilot includes one Vision Agent of the customer's choice, setup and tuning on real footage, a signed pilot report with site-specific accuracy benchmarks, and a written quote within 5 working days of the discovery call.
Does VIZO361 charge for hardware actuation integrations?
Standard hardware actuation (hooter, boom barrier, door / turnstile unlock, sprinkler relay, PA system) is included in the quote. Custom controller integrations (proprietary Wiegand, BACnet, MQTT, or REST APIs beyond the supported list) are quoted as a one-time integration line item.
Is GST included in the price?
All India quotes are GST-exclusive — 18% GST is added on top as a separate line. GCC quotes are VAT-exclusive (5% UAE / Saudi / Oman VAT added on top where applicable). US quotes are sales-tax exclusive.
